Commercial Use License

1. What This License Covers

This Commercial Use License ("License") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Krazy Stitcher ("Licensor"), operated from the State of Illinois, United States. It governs your right to use bead patterns and designs you create with Krazy Stitcher Base, Krazy Stitcher Pro, or Krazy Stitcher Studio for commercial purposes.

By purchasing any edition of Krazy Stitcher — Base, Pro, or Studio — you automatically receive the commercial use rights described below. No separate purchase or registration is required.

3. What You Can Do

All licensees — Base, Pro, and Studio — may sell finished beadwork, jewelry, and other crafts made from patterns they create using Krazy Stitcher. All licensees may also sell individual patterns they design — for example, listing a single bead pattern for sale on Etsy, at a craft fair, or through their own website.

Studio licensees receive all of the above, plus the right to compile and sell pattern collections, pattern books (print or digital, including platforms like Amazon KDP), and to distribute patterns in bulk or at wholesale to retailers or other sellers.

4. What You Cannot Do

This License does not grant you the right to:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Krazy Stitcher software itself. Your purchase is a single-user license for the software. You may not share, copy, or distribute the application files.

Install the software on more than 3 devices. Your license permits personal use on up to 3 devices you own — for example, a desktop, a laptop, and a tablet. Additional licenses are priced individually and remain an inexpensive option if you need more. Schools, guilds, and other institutions needing multiple seats may request quantity pricing at info@krazystitcher.com.

Claim ownership of the Krazy Stitcher software or its code. The software remains the intellectual property of Krazy Stitcher.

Sell patterns you did not create. This License covers only original designs you make using the software. It does not grant rights to patterns created by other Krazy Stitcher users or obtained from other sources.

5. Your Patterns Are Yours

Krazy Stitcher claims no ownership of patterns or designs you create using the software. Your original designs are your intellectual property. This License simply confirms your right to use them commercially.

6. No Recurring Fees

Commercial use rights are included in your one-time purchase of Krazy Stitcher — Base, Pro, or Studio. There are no royalties, percentage fees, or ongoing payments. The rights described here do not expire and are not subject to renewal.

7. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you choose to credit the tool, "Created with Krazy Stitcher" is sufficient.

8. Liability

Krazy Stitcher is provided "as is." The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software or the sale of patterns or crafts created with it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your commercial activities comply with applicable laws and marketplace policies.

9. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising under this License shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Illinois.

10. Changes to This License

The Licensor may update this License from time to time. Any changes apply only to purchases made after the updated License is posted. Your rights under the version in effect at the time of your purchase remain unchanged.
